    what i would do for lasagna, but i havent figured an way to make it without cheese and have it stilll taste good lol. We do have lots of spaghetti and tacos and hot dogs, but the kids are even getting tired of it lol.     I so wish i could eat cereal again, i dont have problems with cereal, i just cant find an milk i like. Soy silk got me so sick, and i tried coconut milk and that was just nasty. So until i can find an milk i like, i will be cereal free. paula

    I so agree. I dont mind eating healthier now. But right now my life is so busy at night with tball for 2 kids, coach pitch for one kid, and i coach, and my other son will start baseball this week. We are busy from 3-8 most nights and it is so hard. I just want to drive threw a drive threw and get stuff to eat or order mexican or chinese in, but i cant do...

    Well sometimes it can take up to 3 days to feel the effects of being glutened. Plus the symptoms are not always gastro when glutened. Have you notived any changes in his behaviour, has he had any joint pain or anything not directly related to gastro problems. my step son does not get gastro affects when glutened, but he has terrible mood swings and joint...

    I meant an psychratrist, cause that is what his counselor has recommended. I am an counselor also, but it is harder when you are dealing with someone in your own family then someone you do not know.     That is what my mom said, she is like if he likes to feel that way then let him and sooner or later he will realize what he is doing.     Thanks everyone for your replies. I will talk to his dr to see what she says. He does have low blood sugar so maybe it is connected to that. Or that he is still eating gluten, but that is another post so i will post about that later. paula

    Last night my step son came to me and told me his feet have been really warm at night and almost like an burning sensation. He asked me if it was part of celiac and i otld him i had no idea. Does anyone else experience this? paula

    Yes you have to be very strict, if u are still getting small amounts of gluten in personal hygine products or are being cross contaimated, then you wont get the full benefits of doing an gluten challenge. paula

    I am in colorado, but i have not had to go to vail or eagle since being gluten free, so i cant really help. But If there is a safeway or king soopers there, they will have some gluten free foods in their supermarkets. I would do an search for health food stores in eagle and see what it comes up with. I am sure they have lots of places that will be accomadating...

    We dont use seasoning mixes, we just fry up the steak with oil and fresh garlic, then we saute onion, red and green peppers and jalepeno, then we mix it all together. paula

    are they gluten free. They are injected with chicken broth but it does not say if there is gluten in it or not. And since it is the weekend i cant call. I know the manor house ones are gluten free, but i have a bag of the kroger and i was going to make an double batch but im afraid to mix and get sick lol paula

    Well i eat gummy worms all the time and i have never had a problem, i am not sure were mine are made tho cause im currently out of them, i buy hte 5 pound bag from city market for 6 bucks and only eat hte red and white ones lol, When i go buy some more tho im going to see were they are made lol paula

    I had like over an 40 threw enterolab for casein, and i know i have a problem with dairy, i have known that for years but just ignored. I dont know if the dairy was causing me more problems cause i was an undiagnosed celiac or not.     About every other week they are 10 for 10 at city market. Do you have an king soopers in california or an city market. I always buy like 20 the weeks the are on sale lol. I have never looked to see how much they are when they are not on sale lol. paula
