    I am so glad someone brought up the skinny poop. I get that when I am glutened, and never knew why, and it was kinda starting to scare me. I had lots of bad thoughts run threw my head. Who told you it was a sign on irritation, or can i find the info on the internet. paula

    But remember there is a small amount of celiacs that do not have the celiac gene. I do not have the gene but i tested postive threw blood work and had elevated scrores on everything threw enterolab. paula

    Its the new physicians formula mascara, all of their mineral makeup is gluten free. The stuff is new. It works really good, i was so excited to wear mascara again after weeks of being nekkid lol. Its about 8 bucks an tube, but i think it is so worth it. I am going to go check out their other products tommorow, im not sure what else they make with the minerals...

    Im sending my mom to the city this weekend to do some shopping for me, since everything is so expenisive here. But im not sure on what all she should buy me. I want to start the recipes that everyone keeps sending in for gluten and dairy free baking, but I dont have most of the stuff. so far i know for sure i need xanthum gum enjoy life choco chips...

    Have u given up dairy. If not that could be the rumbling in your tummy. When i first went gluten free, i was still having bad Gi symptoms til i gave up dairy, now i have not had rumbling and feeling so much better. paula

    I am finally feeling good after 2 months, not great, but good. It takes awhile to feel better. I had so many bad days in these 2 months that i wanted to just throw in the towel and eat gluten and dairy. But my husband and my kids kept telling me I would feel better soon. In the last 3 days I have been able to sit threw a 3 hour baseball game of my sons, go...

    I think it is very possible. My ss was a normal kid. Then when his mom started not to be consistent and not see him very often. His symptoms would come out. Now after not seeing her for almost an yr, we learned he was celiac. I also think all my symptoms started when I had an emergency c/s and they told me that my son or I might not live threw it. paula

    Ok i decided to just call physicians formula and she said was gluten free. I was kinda scared cause ihad found an old post saying all their stuff was not gluten free. But this is a new product. that is talc free. I am sure hope the lady knew what she was telling me lol paula

    Last night was great, I liked phil and blake and lakisha. Jordin was terrible and her hair was out of control lol. I didnt like melinda performance. Her goign from a little shy girl to being tina turner sexy just doesnt do it for me. I am scared to see who will go home tonight. Im thinking chris and lakisha tho paula

    She is tiny. My smallest was 5 pounds 9 ounces and 19.75 inches, due to being 6 weeks early and trying to come out feet first lol.     I had bad problems with C, when i went gluten free it did get better, but it did not get completely better til i gave up casein. Now I am very regular and go every morning, unless of course i have glutened myself or ate something with casein, or ate beans, I am completely fine. It is so nice not to have the hard stomach anymore, but the one that jiggles lol...

    Thanks for sharing all of those. This weekend im going out of town to get all of the different flours, they are just too expensive here. I cant wait to start baking. I know once school is out, my ss and I can experiment more. paula

    I think about cheating all the time, it must be the gene type lol. But the thing is I dont. Last night the kids wanted pizza and i ordered them my favorite pepperonis lovers, and it looked so good. But my ss and I sat and had fruit and veggies. And i was happy with that. But to be honest I think if i had like 2 days to feel like crap, i think i might cheat...

    That is so interesting to know. My ss got hurt last yr on his bike and he had to have stitches, and it is black all around still and it has been worrying me. I guess i will have to get an zinc replacement. paula

    I just wanted to say all of these recipes look so good, im not sure which one i want to try first tonight. i love they are all Gluten-free Casein-free, i thought i would bump this up for other new members. paula

    my nails are finally growing again and they are pretty strong, before goign gluten free they were brittle and would break down low. Now I actually have to file and clip them, first time in years. paula
