  3. Lately I have been severely bloated after i eat Baskin Robbins ice cream, or when i eat too much. 5. Ask your doctor for the celiac panel blood test. It sounds like a dfinite possibility you could have celiac. You may also look into getting an ELISA allergy blood test done to check for other food intolerances.
  6. For the food allergy test you can try US Biotek and order the food allergy panel (your doctor has to order it), if you want convenience you can order an at home finger prick test (96 food allergy panel ELISA) from optimum health resources $379 Open Original Shared Link
  7. Your GI doctor should schedule you for a blood test (celiac Panel). If your results are positive for ttg,ema antibodies then she might schedule you for an upper endoscopy, but not a colonoscopy. Ask your gi doctor for the celiac blood test. It should take a few days to get your results. In the mean time dont go gluten free as it will affect the accuracy...
  8. My doctor filled out a lab form for the ELISA food allergy test, and the only lab we use here is Specialty Labs, and they test for foods one at a time. I am looking for a lab that will test for everything (100 things) so I can rule out what is causing reactions, before i do an elimination diet. I remember some people on here talking about an ELISA test...

About 1/2 of celiacs dont have weight loss at all, and many gain weight. You may check and see if you are hypothyroid also (hashimotos) it is pretty common in woman with Celiacs Disease. Stick to a gluten...

  16. I had a borderline positive biopsy and they said i had inflammation in my duodenum. My blood tests actually confirmed the biopsy, which is backwards from the way celiac is normally diagnosed. I didnt feel better for a while after going gluten free (4 months) and i still have off and on issues. 5 weeks is very short to throw in the towel. It takes a while...
  17. I was really nervous before the procedure, but let me tell you that when it was over i was so mad at myself for putting myself through all the nervousness and anxiety for such an easy, painless, comfortable procedure. There is nothing to be afraid of, it is a simple procedure that lasts like 15 minutes. Dont worry, youll be fine.
  18. I drive quite a bit and use a laptop, but not for really long intervals. Im in sales and all the orders i do are on the laptop. Thanks guys

  20. I have been dealing with this dull headache daily and a slightly stiff neck. I was wondering if this could be caused by a food intolerance. I am very good about being gluten free, but could this be caused by soy or dairy. I had my eyes and sinuses checked out and all is good. In the early evening i will get heavy eyes that feel a little sore and a little...
