Hi. I was hoping for the same, that one day soon I will be able to eat dairy products, but since I started the diet I knew in my heart that I will never can eat dairy products again. I need it confirmation, thats when I called EnteroLabs and they told me what I was suspecting all along. This diet is for ever. Best regards to everyone.

Hi. Please the sooner you find out the better. If I was you, and you already have proof about Celiac. I would start the gluten free diet. I tell you some doctors don't deserve to be doctors. Please take care.

Hi I had a min of 3 big D a day. When I started with the gluten-free diet a week and a half later the D were gone. I can relax now. I told my wife before I started the diet I probably have to end up wearing adult pampers. Sometimes the big D would come at a time I was driving, and there is not way to stop them. It was horrible. Hi Ursa. I cannot eat potatos neither. Why is it that potatoes give me so much bloading and pain. Is this temporary until my instestine is heal, or do think this is permanent?. Many thanks

Hi Gatorade is gluten free, and dairy free. I do have lots of problem with acidity and acid reflux, and gatorade is still to strong for me. My kids drink it especially my middle one which has the same gluten intolerant that I have, and she doesn't have any problem to it. I hope you have lots fun running. Best regards. -
