  1. Hi 'Mummyoftwoboyz', McCormick Schwartz spices are the safest as far as I'm aware, If any ingredient in the top 8 list are in the spice it will be listed. . In Canada they are Mccormick Spices and in Ireland and Europe they trade as Schwartz Spices. I even get some of their spices shipped to Ireland because they are not available here. . Best Regards...
  2. Hi 'Mak07' Yes Magners is safe to drink, it's a cider marketed chiefly in the UK, in Ireland it is sold under the brand name Bulmers Cider. Coeliac Uk says Magners is Ok and the Irish Coeliac Society says Bulmers Cider is Ok. . Best Regards, David

  10. Hi Amiee D, I would agree with ab123 rinse your mouth with Hydrogen Peroxide Solution (20 vol) 6%. It is a weird sensation because your mouth fizzes up (that indicates that the Bacteria is being killed off) . Rinse mouth out with water (to remove that Fizzy sensation).
