  12. i take a multitude and don't feel quite the same effect they had when i first started with just one. is it possible to take too many? should i switch brands here and there? i wonder if they are just helping the bacteria start other problems i'll say or contributing to bad bacteria or whatever am i overwhelimg my gut with them. it seemed if i gobbled more...

  14. try a shot of apple cider vinegar with mother...if your belly burns like you just ate battery acid you got major problems jk really thats how they helped me on here. there is certain reactions and such, white tongue, rashes, intolerances to foods like ones that contain sugars and/or vinegars, yeast!! google candida

  21. there needs to be a gluten tester invented. or a scanner that can test foods before we eat them to tell if they contain any traces of the poison. that would be great. anyone own one?

  23. yeah these were Tyson chicken breasts, 3 in a package. the only ingredients were chicken and chicken broth. bought them at krogers in the meat aisle. i guess i don't understand packaged meat. i mean it comes into a package sometime. but these were plain as can be. if it was not the chicken then i am just baffled on what it could have been. all that i am eating...
  24. i was glutened by Tyson chicken breasts. anyone else have these. chicken broth on the ingredients...but thats it. had to be. diet is strict enough to pinpoint that; what concerns me is the pan i used. is it wasted now. should i not reuse???
  25. alright this is getting irritating... i have no idea where it is coming from but it keeps coming i know it. how about sharing an oven with Non-GFers. i cooked some steaks last night, i got red belly again or still or i don't know. this is killing me!!! does anyone have a definite reaction to the moment gluten is ingested. cuz i am clueless and i keep repeating...
