  1. Me too on the shoe thing . . . and I was wearing a skirt . . . and the heels weren't quite the same height . . . . . . Also walked around all day with the zipper down in the back of my skirt. And . . . I did actually have toilet paper stuck to the bottom of my shoe at a restaurant about a week ago.

  9. As far as flavour, I liked Annalise Robert's yeast bread . . . millet flour, sorghum flour, corn starch, tapioca starch, potato starch. It has milk but you can sub it out I'm sure. Don't know if I should post the recipe as it is "published". I could PM it if you like. I know what you mean about the sweetness of the Pamela's . . . we still use it though...

  16. I tried several recipes from scratch and several mixes . . . all of them were MUCH better than the store bought loaves. I settled on Pamela's wheat free/gluten free mix and make it in a bread maker . . . it's extremely easy. If you find a mix that you like, check out places like Amazon and buy in bulk.
