    There is no cure for Celiac. There can be periods of time where you may be asymptomatic. This seems to be (but not restricted to) the teen years and was therefore thought that you could "outgrow" Celiac like some kids outgrow allergies. However, now we know different.     Wendy's can't quote that there fries are gluten free because not ALL of their locations have a dedicated frier. Many locations do. It's a matter of asking. If they have a dedicated frier, we eat the fries.

    We eat them without any problems, but there are plenty of people on this forum that do have issues. Many of their products are gluten free but are run on the same lines as items that aren't. Lines are cleaned in between, but some people may still have issues with the trace amounts left behind. You may want to try the Lay's Stax product as they are run...

    My daughter is the Celiac. She is not sensitive. She's been gluten free for 2 years and 4 months. It took about 10 months for her symptoms (acid reflux with regurgitation) to be completely gone. Since then, I would say that there have only been about three times where I "suspected" she might have gotten a little something but it absolutely could have...
