    I love the banana waffles and find them to taste alot better then Vans. I believe they thoroughly clean the machines to prevent contanimation. I never had a reaction to them.

    Having never made bread until i got my Oster Breadmaker I would recommend them. I use it at least once a week to make pamela's bread mixes and it comes out great! It is sold in Bed Bath and Beyond and is inexpensive.

    My non celiac wife and I swear by Joan's Bagels. I swear they taste like real bagels. One of these days i am gonna try the Pamela's bagel recipe because i love her cakes and breads and pancakes.

    My brand new bread maker is waiting for me at home and I am wondering what Gluten Free Bread mix is the best to use in in it? Please let me know cause I am going after work to Jandis or Wild By Nature to buy some to make tonite. Im so excited I never made bread before.

    They also are on sale in Wild by Nature in Oceanside NY. I discovered them two years ago and they are delicious just a tad bit expensive though.

    The best wedding cake has to be my wedding cake made by Sweet Karma Bakery in East Meadow NY. Me being the only gluten free person at my wedding and only my wife knowing it was gluten free we got great reviews from everybody how great the cake was.

    They do have lactose free cheese that you can purchase in regular supermarkets. Smartbeat is one and lactaid is the other. Both are good and both are gluten free.

    Almost 4 years gluten free and 2 years lactose intolerant already.

    I might have had my first episode of Chrohn's disease or ulceritive colitis. In Sept I will be diagnosed Celiac for 4 years but in June and especially July I had a accute attact. My Gastro is working me up and found my celiac under countrol with my lab results and Endoscopy but I have a Colonoscopy tomarrow and my blood work is borderline high for either...

    I love Pamela's Vanilla Cake Mix. I love it. Tastes like a real cupcupake. My nonGF wife loves them to.
