    Yes! At the height of my symptoms I had just moved from the states to London and I had serious brain fog! I went for months and months thinking how I had jet lag I just couldn't shake.     I don't know for sure, but I think it's possible to have them multiple times. Someone jump in if I am wrong, but shingles is in the herpes family of viruses and can re-occur. And they come back in times of stress/sickness right, like a fever blister. Hope you are better soon.

We will be in the states for 3 weeks over the holidays, but in TX and FL - so finding someone who is working during the holiday season, setting up appointments in both locations - I'm going to try...I'll have to work while I'm in the states as well.     I agree - SUBSTITUTIONS! Sometimes I can't find all the special flours or I'm out of them, so substitutions would really be helpful.
