    Searching the forum for GlutenEase produced 314 results. Its effectiveness against CC, for a Celiac, seems under debate, to me, and as far as I know, still hasn't been tested.     I didn't take the "1 in 10" as actual data - just a 'for-argument's-sake' ratio. To me, the sentence read like "may as well replace those items, because you can't know in advance if you're in the x % of ppl who'd react".

    Nah ... Phx, Scottsdale, Tempe etc all adjacent. Now maybe if you're staying in Glendale you wouldn't trek to Chandler, but the better known cities are all close enough. P.S.
