    Argh I didn't start looking until sitting down for the nba game & mostly just read on comm'ls and it all seems SO too late now.     I'm w/ ya too Alex. I wasn't sure if I was gonna say so, but I see I'm not alone. A couple weeks ago I felt like I could create a reply w/ all (well .. . .5-7?) ppl's replies in one. And more recently there are times I've wondered if newbies are being helped or harmed by seeing some of these STRONGLY presented, and in my mind only marginally correct...

    It still wouldn't accept my input w/out those. I filled in a nonsense address and successfully submitted, tho. P.S. I'm not quite sure what you mean in the Packaging question. All I care about there is that it's sufficiently sealed to prevent contamination.

    Candida overgrowth, pretty common for anyone w/ longer-term celiac symptoms, can explain that reaction to all 4 of those.

I was gluten-free, dairy-free, sugar/sweetener-free & on a strict anti-candida diet but still feeling crappy all the time until I gave up soy too.     Hard to tell if it's POSSible for a doc to know less!! (I certainly hope not) I don't have the links but I did have the gut pain. Maybe the celiac part of Columbia.edu would be reputable enough to satisfy him. Univ of Chicago's site also has much info on celiac.
