    If you don't have issues with them they are fine, just be sure you are buying gluten-free oats because they are often cross-contaminated with wheat. Also, around 9% of celiacs cannot tolerate avenin, the protein in oats.

    Some people are sensitive to xanthan gum or other gums used in gluten-free breads, so perhaps this could be the issue?

    I can't really imagine a reason to include gluten or even wheat germ oil in perfume, but again, I'm no perfume expert and I will say that the endless ways that industry has found to use gluten in various things never ceases to amaze me. Overall I think the risk here would be very low, and even if there were traces of gluten it would not affect the vast majority...

    I am not sure whether or not any perfume has gluten in it, but I suppose it is possible. Where did you hear that there could be gluten in perfume?

    I agree, if you have a choice go with a supplement that does not contain any wheat derivatives, even if they are technically gluten-free.

    I agree, and now might be the perfect time for you to be retested if you've been eating gluten daily for the last 6-8 weeks. The symptoms you mention could certainly be related to untreated celiac disease and/or NCGS.

    Three months for the results seems like a very long time. Oh well, you may be able to try out a gluten-free diet for a few month, but if they should want you to undergo more tests for celiac disease you would need to start eating it again 6-8 weeks before any blood tests.

    There are differing viewpoints on this topic, but most celiacs agree that wooden items and cutting boards should probably be replaced. It's doubtful that metal, glass, iron, plastic, etc., could not be cleaned sufficiently to eliminate gluten.

    You have two positive blood tests, and the gene that makes it possible for you to develop celiac disease. You didn't mention whether or not you have symptoms of celiac disease, and if so you could try a gluten-free diet for a few months, and if the symptoms go away it's very likely that you actually have it.     Given your symptoms and positive biopsy results you are very likely to have celiac disease. If your symptoms go away after a few weeks gluten-free it would confirm this.

    I would like to mention that if the practice of using wheat flour as an "organic pesticide" were common, there would definitely be information about it on the internet. Why would those interested in such an environmentally friendly practice which might reduce pesticide usage not want to share such information on the internet so that others could do the same...
