    Yep! I can join this club too! For me, there is so much gas to go around that it comes out both ways constantly. When I burp, it is not only one burp, but about 10 burps one after the other, with every breath. When it is the other, well, let's just say that someone would rather run over a skunk than be next to me....... Every once in awhile...

    A spoonful of rat poison or a jar full of rat poison - not much difference - still poison...... (except for my dad, who has some kind of blood disorder called Factor 5 or something, where his medication that he has to take every day is actually rat poison!!!!!) Hard to believe, but true!! Karen

    But with Kraft's policy, if it was Modified Wheat Starch, it would specifically say "Modified Wheat Starch". They will clearly state if it is wheat starch or not..... Karen

    Whoa, wait a minute....... us celiacs LOVE Kraft!!!! They will clearly state any Wheat, Rye, Barley or Oats on their labels..... If you are looking at one of Kraft's products, and it just says natural flavouring or something along those lines, you can be rest assured that it is safe as if it contained any form of gluten, they would list it.     Hey, don't worry about posting stuff like that! We're used to it! You should have seen the thread when I was going through extensive testing and I had to poop into a paint can for 48 hours!!! With chronic diarrhea, going about 20 times a day, let me tell you, IT WAS NOT FUN!!! It also turned out that I needed two paint cans, so I had quite the collection...
