    Hi Sherry, I've been wanting to try some peas also so i'm glad to see you can tolerate them. I had bought a bag of the small green peas - frozen and organic for when i want to try some new things again. That would be nice if i can tolerate them. I don't even think about the legumes either....i'm sure i'd be in a mess if i tried them.

    Hi, I have been thinking about ordering the Surya temporary hair cream and wanted to see if anyone uses it. My hairdresser uses herbatint on my hair currently but it's kind of expensive to have it done there and if i could find something close to my natural color i'd maybe try it at home.     Hi Jan, I just realized the other day that i used to have the white skin discoloration on the top part of my back also and it's not really there anymore. It used to itch also - still does occasionally but not much. I guess it cleared up after going gluten-free and starting scd. I'm still putting coconut oil on my arm and neck.     Hi Ali, Thanks for the post....that is very interesting. I have to have a colonoscopy this year (have one every 3 yrs) and i've never had an endoscopy so i'm getting one at the same time. I've seen Dr. Rudert in Atlanta a few times and i've decided to have her perform these since i think she would know what all to look for - hopefully i don't have crohn...

    Hi Laura, I'm glad you asked this because I'm having the same problem. I'm having one in August and i have many food sensitivities/intolerances also. The last time i tried chicken broth and jello they bothered me. I may try them again before the procedure to see if they still bother me. I'm going to check with my Dr. also and see what she recommends...

Just wanted to share that i decided to go ahead and make my appt with Dr. Rudert which is Aug. 17th - i had wanted to get it done on a Monday and they said that's the day she usually does them so that was great.     Hi Pele, Yum! I'm glad all of the yummy sounding fruit didn't bother you....this gives me great hope!     Thanks Sylviaann! I'm sorry you have osteopenia also but hopefully we can reverse it or at least keep it from turning into osteoporosis....i think we're on the right track!     Hi Pele, I agree, I think all of the above too. I seem to be able to deal with it a little better after being gluten-free and being on the SCD - i stay more calm now when stressed but my gut will still feel it.
