    My family is mostly in Thomson (near Augusta). My husband and I live in Central Ga. I've heard of Douglas but can't think of where it is.     I saw a commercial tonight for Ingles grocery store on abc that mentioned gluten free muffin mix. I wasn't really paying attention and i think it was showing a man looking for items in the store and it said something like, "Whether you're looking for (it named something i can't remember) or gluten free muffin mix or....... Thought it was pretty neat!

    Thanks for the tip celiac mommy! I have the pressed powder in fairly light and it's a pretty good shade for me...maybe a tad bit light for summer but i think will be perfect for fall/winter. I keep it in my purse also but am going to try it as a spackle too for my giant nose pores! Thanks!

I haven't had to take tylenol/acetaminophen in a very long time thank goodness but was in a lot of pain so i felt i had to take it to get some rest....you're right, ithe pain can cause more stress than a little corn starch. I'm sorry you can't pinpoint what's causing your symptoms....i hope it clears up soon.     Hi everyone, I've done a search on this and it seems Tylenol is scd legal but when i looked at the ingredients on their website some list corn starch as inactive ingred. Looks like the liquid might be ok but it has sorbitol. I have equate brand acetominophen and it lists starch so i assume it's corn starch. Do you guys think it's ok to take? We seen...

    Thanks Sherry, i think you're right about waiting on the fruit. I haven't used any honey because i figured i may have trouble with it. Anything sweet, even dates and figs, would give me gas. Raw fruit didn't before starting SCD so maybe once i start on the raw fruit it'll be ok. I've been a little constipated the past 2 days....i didn't go at all...

I'm glad my symptoms sound like they're pretty common.     Thanks Shay! My next batch of yogurt may be made from almond milk and when i can get my hands on a young coconut again i'll try the coconut yogurt. That is neat yours comes w/the perfect servings size cups - that would be nice and convenient. Yum, can't wait to try the almond and coconut yogurt!

    Hi Sherry, I started making almond milk about 3 wks. ago and i dry the pulp in the oven and then put it in the food processor. I use the recipe from the "Eating Gluten Free" cookbook by Shreve Stockton. I take 1 cup of almonds and put them in a large bowl (the almonds plump up so need a large bowl) and cover with plastic wrap and put in fridge for 10...
