  11. hi!! i love enchaladas!! but i'm not sure what sauces are glutenfree. i know el paso is not!! i contacted Las palmos and there answer didn't satisfy me. they said it was gluten free but they didnt seem like they really knew for sure. what do you guys use?? or if you make your own can you give me the recipe??   12. one more thing: if you have a blender, make milkshakes!! i use bryers vanilla icecream, frozen rasberries, or a banana and a little soy milk. they are good and filling. i also throw flaxmeal into it to keep me regular
  13. quick meal take a corn tortillia ( i use mission) heat it on the oven rack for 5 mins at about 350 degrees, then add refired beans and shredded cheese ( bearitos beans and kraft cheese). when the cheese is melted add diced tomatoes and sliced avacados to the top ( and sour cream if you like) it's so good and easy to prepare!! try tinkyadya pasta...

  16. thankyou!! its good to know that i dont really have to worry about vodka!! i have noticed that i get buzzed really really fast since going gluten free!! and i thought it might have something to do with being gluten free. and i do stay away from beer. (as hard as it is )
  17. so far i havnt been able to find a bar that serves smirnoff or any other gluten-free vodka, so i broke down and had two drinks with sky vodka. How big is the chance that i would have gotten gluten from grain alchohal?? is it pretty risky?? and what do you guys usually order at the bar?? (i'm a pretty strict vodka/beer drinker) thanks lillie
  18. thanks!! i love making caramel apples with my son this time of year and i was wondering about caremal dips. some lists state that caramel flavoring and coloring is not gluten-free. so i wasnt sure.

  20. wow i did not know that about the aspirin!! I remember taking it as a young child, becuz my grandma would crush it with a spoon and add sugar but you could still taste the aspirin i have givin it to my young son as well!! I guess i wont anymore!!!!! anyway...since becoming gluten free i have also switched to advil, so i'm of no help iether.....
  21. international delights are gluten free (dairy free as well) i use this creamer every single day!! i also use smart balence light for my butter substitute ( gluten and dairy free)
  22. i had amy's pizza last night. and added pesto and olives!! i had no reaction at all. could it have been a delayed reaction of something else you ate earlier in the day? I dont think it would be the cheese, my doctor said even lacto intolerent people can usually eat cheese and yogurt .

  25. my doctor said people with celiac disease produce some kind of antibody and people with gi are just sensitive to gluten. i was tested for a gluten sensitivity but she doesnt seem like she wants to test for other alergies. i dont have insurance so i have to go to a public health clinic....im thinking that is why she is hesitent to run all these expensive...
