    Its subsided a little today after 30 or so hours. Last time I recovered though and felt good for 4 days or so and it returned, completly eliminated gluten at this point.     Centrelink want me to work 60hrs a week I say there is no way thats possible so now I have to see a jobs capacity offer. The outcome is with my med certificate that Id be on reduced capacity 0-7hrs but 0-7hrs also means I could be eligible for a disability pension I feel anything to shed some light on this

    Just decided to ignore, sometimes I feel panicked when im not on my diet thinking I have everything under the sun, feel like a bit of a hypochondriac as well. I had diarrhea cos I wasnt doing my diet its probably from that, dont think I would have bowl cancer or whatever at 23 thanks for the input guys

    Dont want to put you off but I have heard they are dangerous. I heard lap band surgury is much safer. I considered them but then realized if I went to a party or something I still wanted the ability to indulge myself and this lead me to the conclusion I didn't need surgery I just needed to get tough and pull some sort of minuscule bit of self discipline...

    If gluten affects you gut. Is depression simply attached to celiacs as many have reported it, or to do with vitamin deficiency's or what unclear?

    Well im 23 diagnosed at 22 last year. Dont believe I had celiac too long. Never had any sortof gastro issues till 21. At 21 I simply kept getting diarrhea all the time.     For me -Meccas is my favourite -It is everywhere (I often have trouble simply finding gluten-free stuff) -It taste good -It is filling (another big problem with this thing nothing fills me up) and yeh. I eat it about 4 times a week love my fast food, without a bun I grab a knife and fork and eat my burger (triple cheese burger) like a steak, and then you got the chips and coke and its like a decent meal for a chance.     hehe I have been off my diet for 4-5 months noticed some blood tonight. Have been badly constipated, waking up with diarrhea and massive stomach pains, I know this is from not being gluten free but does this cause the bleeding too. It is unlikely one would develop bowel cancer at 23 ?

    wow 17 is the longest I have done maybe even chronic fatigue? gluten free is what helped me not eating too much before bed and being hydrated really well, lots of water through the day before and at night so even while you sleep your reasonably hydrated has helped me alot too

    Never remember this being normal. I have been off my diet for 3 or so months but basically when I egt up in the morning bending over is impossible its not pain just stiff and my back doesn't want to move and the other problem is my legs I see other people bounce up but my legs are stiff as hell and I FIND MYSELF having to do secret under the table stretches...
