  2. I have made pecan tassies the same way I've always made them only subbing gluten-free flour,I also make the peanut butter cup tassies ans the carmel tassies the same way and no one can tell the difference. Plus I use any flour rice blend I have on hand and I didn't add any xanthan gum.

Their website is:www.Lame Advertisement.com Also a company in Wyoming is producing only oats so they e-mailed me and said they would start shipping around the end of dec05 or Jan.06. Both are a bit pricey but that's the price we have to pay to get gluten...

  5. I recently was told by a celiac visiting Italy that she purchased some spaghetti pasta called "guisto"or Giusto. Has anyone any knowledge on this product? She said it beats out Bi-Aglut or tinkyada brands. Which I like both of these thanks

There items are pricey but they look like heaven. I think the creme puffs are about 1.50 a piece but I think celiac specialities are 1.65 a piece so looking at both...

  11. El Peto has a good stuffing cubes toasted. Also Kathy's Creations in Ohio has a good one. I never had good luck with any others. Some also dry the white Italian bread from Sterk's.

But there is a new company in canada that has just started putting out safe oats and in the spring of 06 a U S company will also have them, I received a sample at the meeting from the canadian company -- I came home and cooked them the next morning...   18. just wanted to let everyone know I tried the pop- tart reciepe. It was a big hit with my grandkids and my son-in-law who is not gluten free...... I will try them again using different fillings for a variety.They were easy to make so it is a good treat for those who love and miss pop tarts.
