You didn't say if you are sick in any way? If it were me I would do the diet and see how I felt. Opps I forgot who said the vit. B's do not work for them,, sorry. Let me say that you need to take the straight vit B-1 by itself if you are getting the b-1 through the b-complex all together it is not enough. I take the complex b vits in my multi vit & mi but I also do the b-1 by itself. And maybe it will not help some people but I never had anyone...

I don't know if there is a connection but I do know that if you take vit B-1 it will keep the pesty bugs at bay and eating up someone other than yourslf. I agree with others that you can learn more by doing your own research.I don't know when the U.S. doctors are going to figure this out that it isn't okay to cheat. I bought a zojirushi also and love it. I only eat anna's bread mix so I don't have any scratch recipes but there are many on this site. It cost about $200.00 but is well worth the price. Its a workhorse. mamaw -

Count me in for long eyelashes!!!!!!!!! They use to smear my glasses up so much that my eye doc would trim them. And I also have heard that long eyelashes and celiacs go hand in hand... Anna sure has alot of fans out here because I thought I was her best PR person!!! I love her and her breads. I use the reg mix and have tasted the yf one. I like them both but I use the reg mix all the time... I do mine in a bread machine always As I don't have time to make from scratch... Oops, I forgot to say that when I made it from a culture I never had strands of goo or strands in my drink!!!! Sorry but that would remind me of "snot" for lack of a better word. mango04 I really don't remember what the scoop was on it but it did give me energy and you do grow a fondness for the taste..It was fun making the culture and letting it grow. there probably is still a site somewhere on it.now that someone brought it up I want to make it again. I used to make it from a culture at home. It is really weird looking but we had fun making it from scratch. I was on cytomel for about 10 months and I felt like heaven then all of a sudden my heart would not settle down and my bp shot up to a horrible rate . after 8hours of trying to rest and bring it ddown on my own I ended up at the ER where I was put on a cardaizime drip (not sure of spelling) to bring my bp in a normal range.Oddly enough my thyroid started...

I too started to get these painful foot cramps after being gluten-free for over 2 1/2 years. My feet just starts to get like its paraliyzed or like a spasm that will not go away.... mamaw
