Hi Rachel I was told I had undigested food laying for long periods of time. I guess thats the same thing. A dco told me that it could be caused by diabetes (I never heard that before from diabetics) so I'm not sure if thats correct. But I do not have diabetes so I still don't know why. I get so sick of doctors who label stuff with no clue if itis correct...

That was my first big NO NO ............. Then came the communion wafer. I learned fast to be careful. I think envelopes do have gluten in the glue cause I got sick fairly fast..... mamaw hope you get better fast -

I believe the nuggets will be frozen . I just don't alway have time to prepare food so I like to have something around for a quick meal . I have a really great recipe for nuggets or strips but I can't save any for the freezer for a quick meal as everyone including the non- gluten family eats them up as soon as they hit the plate...I did three pounds and gone... -

I put the Betty Hageman four bean flour in the refrig and I thought it made it kinda feel heavy or something so I left my last bag out of the fridge. I thought only brown rice needed in the fridge. And I just went and put my flax meal in the freezer as I didn't know that either. I love you guys I'm still learning....... mamaw -

I just received an e-mail back from Bell & Evans. They will have gluten-free chicken nuggets on store shelves at the end of June 06. Now my problem is Whole Foods doesn't seem to carry Bell & Evans fresh anymore so I did see a few frozen things so I hope they are not phasing them out just when they come out with gluten-free!!!!! The one in Canada is cream hill estates and the one in the U.S. is called gluten free oats. I loved the ones from cream hill but I ordered from the other one because of shipping. Both sites tell you to start off very slow when adding oats back into the diet. I never thought I would say I missed oats!!!!Oddly , oats never seemed to be a problem for us but... -

Sorry for your pain... My favorite bar is the boomi bar, I love the macadamia one - the others are good too. I eat the Lara bars too but like someone else said they are not my fav.. Kinnickkinnick sells graham cracker crumbs.. I make them using the recipe from Mona's mixes oh the website.They are good for a gluten-free graham. Josef's are good but I think they are to thick.... I will have to try the grainless baker ones. I love their gluten-free rye bread. mamaw -

Gee I get mine on my legs and stomach area.... Mine stick around forever and also get raised up a bit, when I shave my legs and hit one of those buggers it bleeds like the red sea.....Docs say don't worry about them , I have about ten of them but they don't seem to go anywhere else on my body..... mamaw -

I'm in the same boat QVC is way out of my price range for a piece of chicken!!!!!!I have a friend checking out publix in Florida. I think she can put themin some ice packs and mail them to me cheaper!!!!!Or at least I hope. I don't mind store prices as everything is pricey but that's just insane. Gee I heard some say that the gluten-free diet has helped their Crohn's!!!! I agree with Nini the hell with what the doctor says if you feel better on the diet I would stay on the diet. Ana bloodtest is to check for inflammation in your body.If it is postive they usually recheck it to make sure. Then they start ruling out disease's that cause inflammation..
