    This is so interesting My uncle who is 93 &1/2 just told me he has shingles but he didn't know it because it doesn't bother him at all, no itch or pain..... and I agree with Fiddle-Faddle most docs know squat about any of this. I don't have or ever had dh but I now wonder about my uncle.Plus what makes me wonder more is his great grandson has autism ...

    What's wrong with these companys? gluten-free free then screwing everyone up and putting gluten in it... I never read the label and just bought seven bags while I was away. Dam. Thanks for being the bearer of bad news but it saved all of my family from getting sick so truly I say thank you. I too will e-mail the idots. I really get pissed when companys do...

    Fiddle-Faddle If you belong to Costco they sell a box of deli wrap called kabnet wax. I used to cut wax paper to put between each slice of bread but I found this is folded in half so I slit it down the middle and cut it in thirds or quarters and it is so much faster . I hate to buy frozen bread as you cant get it apart. Also I wanted to let you know...

Had lots of it is this and that but I have never felt so good since I went off wheat & gluten.My dna come up with DQ2 but again that can be anyone with no problems. I did an endo & colonoscopy but I had been gluten-free...

    We eat oats and I ordered from the company in Wyoming (glutenfreeoats) , there is also cream hill in Canada that sells them. No problems for us but you should start out very slow when adding then to your diet. I think I actually liked the Cream Hill better but being in the US it was cheaper to order from a US company..... mamaw

    Just wondering if anyone eats these meals and if so which ones are good? I need to get a few quick meals around for when I don't have time to be in the kitchen all day ....... if seems I spend much of my time in that room ......... I want a life besides constantly cooking..... mamaw

    Naet or Bio-set has cleared me of many allergies and it does work . It may not work for all but for me & my family it has been a god send. NO it doesn't do anything for celiac sprue as its autoimmune but for allergies I swear by it. Nothing works if one starts out with a negative attitude, that also is mainstream drugs. Being postive is the first point...

    I have fibro also and It has gotten alot better since going gluten-free. I still get episodes that put me down but nothing like I had before being gluten-free. I know its hard but try to keep moving and I agree its depressing at time to say the least....... hope you get feeling better soon mamaw

    A health food store handed me a sample of vitamins that contain wheat grass, the name scared me off but they said no its okay. I'm still gun shy. Does anyone know for sure if wheat grass is okay? mamaw
