    Foods by George, Dad's, kinickinnick,Hilights have ready made crusts and many of the gluten-free bakeries have them... Amy's has a gluten-free totally made pizza as well as Foods by George. I'm sure there are others out there. Gillian's has frozen pizza dough too.......I think I miss real pizza the most!!!!! mamaw

    H JenVan I sent you a pm so I hope you got it!!!!!!!I forgot to tell you that a good make-up is Bobbi Brown & some use Paula's choice products.. Also if you get hot at night while you sleep there is a pillow insert called the chillow tha tis good to help keep you cool........ Let me know if you didn't get the pm mamaw

    Gluten is in all kinds of foods, HBA products,the glue in envelopes and so on. When i first started the diet I looked for wheat only because that's wha they told me but I didn't feel much better so then I figured out it was the gluten.If you stay away from all gluten you will pretty much be free of wheat,rye, barley. Spelt does contain gluten....I'm intolerant...

    Chelation is a great tool if you have a good doctor doing the procedure.     Hi to all you celiac's in Ohio. I'm from near Pittsburgh Pa but come to Ohio to shop gluten-free!!!!.For baking I've been having great luck with B.Hageman four bean flour 1 to 1 ratio and no added gums....I use my old recipes and just use the gluten-free flour mix. To Linda & Leah I know of a guy in or near NIles Ohio that will get rid of the night...

    I'll have to try that flour too. I do the same thing with the four bean from B Hageman. I wonder which flour is cheaper??????The cost of this stuff is getting way out of hand........ I think the B hageman's was like $12 + for a 2# bag mamaw

    Hi Rache I live in Butler but my husband drives to hermitage everyday to work. I'm planning on being up there alot this summer .... Do you have a support group up there? I heard you did. I met a female dentist at the Columbus thing last year....I go to Dr Kerry in Greenville....... How long have you been gluten-free? I shop alot at Sunnybridge in McMurray...

    Your symptoms sound very familiar..... plus if your relatives are immediate I would go on the diet pronto...Plus with the blunt villi, sure sounds like it to me..If your ins. will pay for the test and you don't have to foot the bill I would get the DNA done. It is nice to know if you have both HQ2 & HQ8 or one of them or none of them. good luck mamaw

    Hello to all Pittsburgher's!!!!!! I just found out that there is a Mitchell"s Fish Place at the Waterfront..... What all are you eating at Eat n Park?????/ I have had the potato soup as I was told that the thickner is corn starch.....I also do the grilled chicken and fish with nothing added to it.... I used to eat the fries but the last couple of times...

    After much fighting my HMO did pay for the DNA testing.I think it costs around $500 to 800 for the testing through insurance. I just had mine completed. I have the HQ2 but I do not have the HQ8 gene.ANd just because you have a gene doesn't mean you have celiac's, but my report back from the testing stated 95% of celiac's have the HQ2 gene...... mamaw

    It could be anything including celiac's... Have you had your gallbladder checked out yet?????Blockages can also play havoc on your sysytem..... I would go on the celiac diet for a few months to see if it clears up any but it will take some time as everyone don't get immediate improvement right away...... mamaw

    I haven't been able to find the red mandarin oil in any of the health food stores. But it would be nice for someone to try it and see if it works.     How about veggie sticks and a dip for them.....Also lara bars, crackers,cheese, peanut butter,rice cakes, lunberg chips. where I live I buy chicken jerky that is gluten-free and we love it..... happy snacking mamaw

    Pamela's mix is good and alot love it! Me too, until I tried the Mona's pancake mix---- it is the fluffiest, lightest I ever tasted. I hated pancakes in my wheat era but I love these now!!!!! Mona also has a good cake mix. mamaw

    Steroids definately cause great problems when you have rosacea. Also make-up also clogs the pores and can cause flare-ups. I too when I was young used to hid or mask the problem with make-up but it only made it worse so now I use hardly nothing. I wanted to have the scarring reduced but I was told it wouldn't help that much ----- boy was I disappointed and...

    Count me in with the group that has everything plus the celiac's!!!!!!To add to my list I just got dx'd with mitral value prolapse, and spasms of my vessels and maybe my heart is throwing out blood clots......... Sometimes I feel like a basket case....... mamaw

    JerseyAngel by all means get that out and use it!!!! It took a few weeks before I noticed a difference. Do you have the neutralizer ? I love that as I drink that , add it to the soap when I wash my hair and so on. When I feel a stuffy nose coming on I snuff it up my nose and the stuffiness goes away. I use the gel for my hair and use it like a styling...

    I've had rosacea for about 42 years now!!!!!!I have it on my upper torso not just the face.I had acne as a teenager and also as an adult.I have the spider veins and alot of scarring of the cheeks, large pores on nose.
