    graham crackers gluten-free (I use mona's recipe) spread with peanut butter dip in chocolate..... once in awhile I add marshmallow cream Quick meal 1# ground beef, add onion & garlic.     I'm "chicken little" when it comes to giving a credit card number over the net. If they will not let me call them with my numbers I don't order from them....I find most don't want to lose a sale so they give in ........
