Heartland also has a good mac & cheese........ It makes a nice amount, enough for two kids and one adult for us....... I can't find the Kraft powdered cheese in my area..... I wish and wish so maybe someday a store will carry it here in my glutened world...... mamaw -

I use corn starch for thickner for gravies and I never had a problem with it. I used that in my pre-gluten days also... everybody eats is fantastic...... brooklyn ny area , they do ship.. also grandma ferdon's I hear is good.I love celiac specialities glazed donuts from michigan..... If you search you will find many of them.... In washington state I know od Calli's also and Mona's mixes are great --- we love her pancake mix even over Pamela's which is hard to beat........ -

Hi Nini Was this from the grainless baker near Scranton, Pa????? About a year ago I ordered from them and it was good but I didn't know they maybe had grahams (if they are the one you spoke of).....I used their mock rye for reuben sandwiches and it was heaven. thanks mamaw -

We posted about this before but Cream hill in Canada and the previous post that mentioned the oats from Wyoming are both the purest of pure and they have been tested. Lisa Shaw from Mona's gluten free has cinnmona grahams . I haven't had a chance to try them yet but I hear they are pretty good. Also I hear good things from OUtside the breadbox ; grahams are good. I'm getting hungary I guess I should go make these grahams!!!! mamaw -
Hi Judy I'm not sure if you asked how we use ths betty hagman flour? But I just use my old gluten recipes and in place of wheat flour I use the four bean blend...I don't even add the xanthan gum. If the recipe looks a tad to thin I add a few more tbsp's to it but I usually don't have to. I do cookies and quick breads this way..... Hope this is what...

I use betty Hagman four bean mix the most as I can use it in all my old gluten recipes and I don't have to be a scientist and make changes. I use it the way I would use reg white flour. Also I have used Bob's Red Mill and also Mona's mixes which are also good. I'm sure there are many more to choose from.. mamaw

Today my brother tells me they now have him on prilosec. And I guess I forgot that he gets a potty call directly after eating.... I truly believe he had a problem with wheat & gluten but as long as there is a doctor telling him no and basically laughing at me begging him to get tested he will never believe me... My brother just went through the endo and the colonoscopy. Of course he thinks I'm crazy when I mention celiacs, but I begged him to have the bioposies completed so I think the doc did them but I can't be sure. But the doc told him he has inflamation in the esopagus and stomach and told him to take pepcid or a product like that . The doc then said he was... -

Hello Stick to it and as time goes on you will begin to feel better & better...... I love the bread mix from breads by anna. It's not towntalk white but an earthy bread. I make it in a bread maker....Also Glutino makes good bagels, Everybody Eats in Brooklyn has the most wonderful crusty rolls and baguettes in the world but pricey. I have to mailorder... -

Hello I know how confused one gets with this...Did you have your gallbladder checked out? I too did not have typical symptons usually the opposite... I do know that I have been dx"d with all kinds of illness' but when I stopped eating wheat & gluten I became much better. Our favorite pastas are Biaglut first then second for Tinkyada. I think they are closest to the real deal stuff. For homemade breads Anna's is wonderful if you like earthy breads it's not like towntalk gluten white bread tho. Everybody Eats is pricey but I have found none that compares to their crusty rolls and baguettes. For glazed donuts and cream puffs... -

For liquid vitamins and minerals , there is a fairly good tasting one called MIRACLE 2000 , original flavor or cherry flavor....I buy it from the vitamin shoppe. From what I understand this place only has oats growing and no cross contamidation. There also is another company in canada that is producing oats. I did receive a sample of the Canada oats at the Columbus conference and I loved them. Both company's went through strict guidelines so I'm told.... four of us ate the oats two full blown celiac's and two...
