    Raw grated zucchini. never cook zucchini in zucchini cookies or bread.... It is soooo simple........... Leave skin on also. Be sure to wash it good before grating. We love zucchini at our house. I make z.parmesan,steamed with spices, grated in freah salads, good grated in an omelet with tomatoes & peppers. You also can use it in chili..... enjoy...

    Alot of celiacs feel tired & worn out......good days -bad days-ups & downs.thin one hour & a size bigger in a matter of minutes. Yep that's our world!!!!!!     I didn't care for their stuff very much, there is better out there.... I have had "everybody Eats" pizza's and crusty rolls, & baguettes that are to die for.
