    Our per-school does one day of sweet , one salty & so on that way kids are not getting too much sugar or junk food. I have sent banana boats,gluten-free pretzels with peanut butter in between,rice cake faces, ice cream that the kids make themselves by rolling the tin around & making a game out of it, then they get to eat the ice cream they made...

    Nini & those of you who burp after taking fish oil. I don't have that problem with the one Dr.Maroon told us to use. Nordic Naturals makes several kinds with different names.When I used another brand I tasted that all day & night............ My Vet just had me put my kitty on these also. mamaw

    I've done them in the past before going gluten-free but only for a couple of days at a time....there are different kinds so to do it without a qualified practioner supporting you I wouldn't do one..... I was always told you will get sicker before you will start to get better.If your body is in a weaken state already I could see why it would make you worse...

    Last time a few months ago when I drove 3+ hrs to get to the Canton Raisin rack there was no beer!!!! So now I will buy some while in columbus and bring it home that way I can lay on my own floor at home after sampling it....anyone have any fav. brand? years ago I liked draft any taste like that??? mamaw

    For you who know columbus well, where is a good place to stay & be safe too. Last year we stayed at the doubletree on Front st( I think). We were not happy with that place.Is Front St a main drag? I knoe after we left we went in the opposite direction a few blocks & seen another hotel chain tha tlooked better---of course none of us remember the name...

    I have never owned a deep fryer, now I see I could really use one when making gluten-free nuggets & so on. But the reason I never used one is because of the amount of oil that stayed on the food. Now I'm told the newer versions are way better & n=most of the oil stays in the fryer which would make food a bit healthier. I guess no fried food could...
