    welcome to the world of celiacs where doctors (most of them) have no clue about this.. again its a choice that alot of people make on their own ,because doctors just don't realize this is an illness that causes big problems for some.I think I would find a support group near you and ask what doctor most of them go to . I think then you might get an understanding...

    Maybe it could be a hiatal hernia causing the problem.. also gallbladder problems have been known to do this to some . Gerd can be another option to lok into. good luck mamaw

    I was with a no sodium reading about 6 months ago. I drink tons of water or was -- the doctor told me to cut back as it was washing everything out of me. I'm now at 127 sodium so its gettin better!!I was very tired and felt weird too when it was low......... mamaw

    Maybe you over-filled the pan, I know my recipe for zucchini bread makes two loaves.I use B. Hageman four bean flour and I don't add anything else---perfect every time mamaw

    I have a zo bread machine & love it. It takes 2 hrs.& 8 min. to bake. I use the mix from Anna and it is wonderful. When your machine is mixing & kneading you need to take a spatula and clean off the sides of the machine so it all gets mixed in, then when that is all complete and is ready for the rise I smooth out the top so it is even on top...

    I think many have done both ways, alot of people on here have used Dr. Fine with good results I think.I believe that is a choice you will have to make on your own. I know we were so scared to put our little one through that but he did wonderful,we also did the routine celiac bloodwork and the did DNA before we stopped.My daughter just wanted to cover all...

    Pamela's pancake mix is real good and we love Mona's pancake mix. She's online.I like the wildberry waffles from lifestream in the freezer section. WHole foods, giant eagle and Wegman's sell them in my area.

    Hi I can tell you that my four year old grandson was of normal weight & height but everything he put in his mouth seemed to bother him. He would throw up milk minutes after drinking it : it would be curdled in a matter of minutes. Or else it came out the other end, other foods did the same thing to him. Finally we had to do a endo & a colonoscopy...

    I'm npt wild about Amy's crust but when in a hurry you can doctor it up with favorites & spices and then it's ok. When I really want a good pizza I make my own crust and spice it up......I think pizza was polled as being the most favorite missed food after going gluten-free..... I know it is mine!!!! mamaw

    There are many sites to buy wild alaskan salmon & other seafood if you just goggle it in. Some places even have free overnight shipping if you order so much . I have ordered for years wild salmon. mamaw

    I'm overrun with egg plant!!!!!! I have made fried eggplant,eggplant type relish, eggplant parmesan. I don't know what else to do with them babies.I have saute' them with zucchini ,mushrooms & spices too. Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated..... mamaw

    Mine was lower than yours for about two years,doctors just kept saying I must have a low-grade infection that they can't detect. They ran me through tons of testing but I still dont know.... It is scary .hope you find out soon. blessings mamaw

    In my area there is a arm that makes flour & stuff and they opened a store and carry a few gluten-free items. I haven't seen it anyhere else yet..I'm not crazy about the rice crust pizza but I doctor it up alot and it good for when your in a hurry.........I make my own spinach pizza when I have the time. mamaw

    I love Texas Roadhouse....l...And ours the staff is very nice. Plus I have been sending packages to Ramadi Iraq for over six months (I started support our troops in my area). These men & women are on the front lines and they run out of alot of things, anyway I ask the resturant to donate peanuts, to date I have sent 75# of peanuts to Ramadi, Iraq.......

    I use heinz white vinegar to do all my pickling. no problem. sorry I don't use Wal -mart brand. I think if its made in the US it's supposed to be okay. mamaw
