  5. A big tossed salad to accent the lasagne. I would take apiece of gluten-free lasagne with you.....that way you will not look out of place.   6. I think many moons ago Sam's were ok but then things changed & we have seen wheat listed for several years now. Costco's is better anyway & clearly marked. Plus Costco's now carries Casual Gourmet chicken meatballs & sausages that are gluten-free as well as many other gluten-free items. Costco's seem to be getting more & more in the gluten...

  13. Here could be a guess..... the shredded cheese! Some companies use flour to keep shredded,or cubed cheese from sticking together..... so you would have no clue what brand of cheese was put on the salad. hth mamaw
  14. Wild caught salmon with tortilla chips, you can get in a small can..fruits,nuts,goat milk yougurt (many tht can't do cow products do fine with goat milk products. veggies, gluten-free jerky, sardines & gluten-free crackers. soup in a thermos with a fat straw .... hth

  16. We love Disney & would love to adopt TJ at the Boma. The dining pass is the way to go. We never got sick once & I ate so much I gained ten pounds........ THANKS DISNEY. That is the only bad thing I can say about Disney & TJ..... The other people at the Boma wanted to order special food when TJ came strolling out with a platter of gluten-free...
