Bri, you know how much better you feel eating gluten free, so ask yourself, "do I want to be sick or feel better?" I had no problem going gluten free but it took a little while(6 months) to feel better because I was so ill. I stand 6'5" and my weight had fallen below 130 lbs. best of luck

As yoda once said in one of the Star Wars movies"there is no try there is only do". Depending on the severity of your condition it could take up to 6 months to feel better.

I use peppercorns all the time in my gluten-free cooking. I don't think thats your problem, depending on the restuarant cross contamination is prolly your problem
