    I would go back to the meat and veggies, since i have done some research online about Candida and those are listed as things that should help it.     I wish there was pharmacy choices. I still get all my meds in my hometown, and there is 2 pharmacies, both run by the same person, so not really any other options . Small towns sure have their disadvantages!! ~ Lisa ~

    No problems of not responding to gluten-free, more so everything else. its now gluten, dairy, meats, fatty food, veggies that get me the most. Also the Crohn's diet says no fruit with skin. So as it is, I eat mainly rice... I've been gluten free for 5 years now, but had the new problems for just over 2 years. So you believe those meds I was on before...

    I don't have the time or energy to read through all of these posts/pages, but I'm hoping some of you will be willing to give me guideliness.     I wonder if this is the case for in Canada too. I've always had problems with Cipro but i have a million allergies it seems so I never knew if gluten was the problem. I can't remember which ones aren't gluten-free here that they tell me I have no alternative. Wheat is cheap, must be their reason for using it all the damn time. ~ Lisa ~

    Yeah like i said when I go home i'm going to get a referral to a dietician. Because its just too much. In the last 3 weeks now theres only 2 days where I ate more than one meal, mostly i eat something light once a day like rice, and often its not even enough to call it a meal.     Veggies make me very sick, except as I mentioned lettuce and cucumbers. I'm on a Crohn's/IBD diet, if that helps to explain. I'm also on a gallbladder diet. ~ Lisa ~

    I all have recorder-wise is just my digital camera, unfortunately. So that's not going to help too much!! Btw: You're forgetting that McDonalds is safe to eat here in Canada.....i told my friend yesterday that even though i'm in my worst possible mood, i'd only eat/drink gluten if I wanted suicide.     Thanks guys!! Though for right now I can't be too happy...I know whats coming: a lot of stomping, swearing, insults, and major threats from her side of things. My guess is that it'll be much more than I can tolerate . And that'll be because: my parents will not let her keep this apartment. and rightfully so....they paid for the advance rent and the damage...
