  1. I went there with a friend today and for some reason i was under the impression that the fruit sherbets are dairy free (i guess i was confused with gelato) but it was so good and i even said i cant believe its dairy free! later my stomach was hurting pretty bad so i looked it up and my stupid mistake, its full of dairy. I feel more guilty than anything...
  2. I think thats a no, in our experience. We used to try everything to mask the taste, never worked. Its definitely the bean flour. Their bread mix is good, though! Happy baking!
  3. Thats great! aspartame is absolutely terrible for you. giving it up is a great choice for any reason.
  4. Will my posts/replies on topics be seen? Will people be able to click on my profile page? Thanks:)
  5. I dont like that people who click on my username can look at the topics I've started and the ones I've commented on. I looked for a privacy settig but never found one. Is there anyway I can make it private? Like I said I do NOT like that information being so available
  6. I love cereal! Panda puffs as a late night snack!! YUMMY:)
  7. Hi, I went gluten free at 13 as well. It took me atleast a full month before my main symptoms went away, and it took a long time before I felt 100% better. Stick in there, it will be worth it. I feel so great now, its just hard at first and there is a lot of damage to be healed.
  8. For me its amy's organic soups or a vegetable stirfry with a meatless burger...just wanted to hear your ideas!
  9. If you don't like your support group you don't need to stay. I am not a diagnosed celiac but I take the diet extremely seriously and I react to even little crumbs. I know just as much about being gluten free/celiac then any other person celiac or not, following the diet. I think if someone has enough time/energy to make a support group they obviously care...
  10. I thought Rudi's made great toast, but when it comes to eating as a sandwich or something, I prefer Udi's because to me I feel like Rudi's is dense and heavier than Udi's. They are both good though and probably the best 2 premade gluten free breads.
  11. Well when people go places they might bring the microwaves so they can cook for themselves, not necessarily to avoid used ones. Thats just a thought, I know I always use other peoples microwave.
  12. I have only been glutened mildly a few times, but I assume my symptoms would be the same...I get a headache that lasts a few days, bad stomach cramps, my appetite goes up and down, and it just sucks!
  13. I wonder if there will be an ingredient list for the bread and brownie because many celiac people have additional intolerances. I would be very happy if it was dairy free as well!
  14. Hi, I tested negative 3 times. I went gluten free anyway after that even though my doctor thought it was crazy. My whole list of symptoms magically dissapeared. For me a diagnosis is not necessary, so if you can keep yourself strictly gluten free and start feeling better you may find that feeling better is all that matters.
