  2. Jen Z, Don't allow yourself to get stressed about this new diet... Stress is a silent killer that steals minutes from our lives... IMHO, learn to deal with this issue ASAP... You have many friends here to help you and one will soon find that most foods can taste just as Great cooked Gluten Free...

  4. You may need to do another Stress Test... I just had one 2 weeks ago and it only showed up when they injected some drung in me... I'm now taking half the BP meds that I was taking a month ago... I'm now taking the right med for the problem... I saw the Doc yesterday and I don't go back for 6 months... This is the best I felt in several years...

  6. Back in May My Vitamin D was 14.6 and was give a script for 50,000IU once a week... August my D was up to 28 and my Doc issued another round of the same for 12 weeks with 1 refill... As my D level rose, my BP med was cut and now take half of what I was taking in May... I'm due for a lab in 4 weeks to check it again..

  17. How low is your D level ?? IMO, Your low level of D may well be the issue.. I would start having issues after Christmas, after my stored D was used up.. The pains increased till spring and stopped in mid summer... My D was down to 14.8 at one time, but as it went up the pains left... I needed 50,000 units of D once a week(script required dose...

  20. glutout, For me it was H Pylori, Dairy & now very low Vitamin D (14.6 in May & now 28)... As the Vitamin D goes up, my joints hurt less and my Blood preasure is being controled by low dose meds now... H PYLORI was the major cause of the Big D and dairy was causing gut & upper left colon pain... I am having luck eating hard cheeses...
