My Mon was seen by a Johns Hopkins Doctor in her late 70's who was sure she had Rickets when she was growing up @ an early age... Just more proof that she had celiac...

ARCHIVED Furmano's
captaincrab55 posted a topic in Gluten-Free Foods, Products, Shopping & Medications
Went to FURMANO'S website to see if I could eat some spaghetti sauce that was purchased before I was diagnosed with celiac disease & DH... Their site seems to have some outdated tid-bits, but they seem to be aware of Gluten... They too use the cautious statement, "All Furmano Foods products are Naturally Free of Gluten". I only checked out part... -
I took my wife to OutBack for her birthday back in July.. It was my first restaurant outing since going gluten-free in early June of this year. I requested a gluten-free menu and I was informed of the staff's awareness of gluten & cc. The food was good, great gluten-free experience out and will return to OutBack... I hope your OutBack experience...

I was diagnosed with DH early June of this year. Between the gluten-free diet, dapsone and Fluocinonide Ointment the water blisters vanished.. Lately I've started to get itchy spots on my fingers, hands and arms. When scratched, they break out in Red bumps and itch more... I've associated it with gluten contact in commercial kitchens, work around...

I thought bad belly aches were just a way of life for some people (my mom suffered with all of her life).. Sore throats caused by sinus became a regular event every 3 or 4 months to visit the Doc for antibiotics. Crimson, Just having that nasty rash, indicates that you came into contact with gluten. Do you know if you ate or handled something that contains gluten? I've met people that claim they can't even touch a slice of wheat bread without breaking out.
