    Well, since I've only been gluten free for five months now I haven't tried a lot of gluten free products, but here goes... Hemp Milk -Pacific Foods Almond Dream - after three days of drinking this, I noticed it right away. The Pacific Hemp Milk took a little longer.     I called the company last Thursday about their tablets. They told me even though they don't put gluten in their product they can't guarantee there is no gluten in it form their other suppliers. I didn't take it. I wonder if it used to be gluten free, but now the company can't guarantee it. I would call the company before you take them. Hope this helps

    Hi Janet, I'm also having problems uploading a picture. I did have a picture in my profile before & I wanted to change it, but I try to upload the new one & I get an error message "the upload failed -please contact the administrator."     Thanks Mamaw! I'll check out the ingredient's on the delmonte I bought. It looks safe, but I'm not sure if it tastes good. I might try to grab some bagged sauerkraut tonight if I have time. Thanks again! Happy New Years!

    Happy New Years to you too! I know how you feel! Things are definitely looking up! I am so grateful the doctor found out I had celiac before it was too late. I don't know if I would be here today if they didn't find the disease when they did. At least now I know what was wrong with me for years. And now I have the control & can turn it all around!...

    Thanks Gemini! It was a real struggle there for a while. It took me two & a half weeks to figure it out. Luckily I've been using a food diary & I document everything in it -food, how I feel , medicines & what I did for the day. So, I just went through it again & again until that was the only thing I seen that changed in that time period...

    Hi Laine, Sorry, but Susan is right. I would not share a toaster at all. Gluten is a very sticky protein. All it would take is to get one wheat crumb in your side & then it would be contaminated with gluten. Then you would continue to get cross contamination every time you used the toaster.     Hi Carrie, I've had trouble sleeping for years, too. I thought it was just me. I never took any medication for it, but I was tempted sometimes.     Thanks everyone! My doctor did change my medicine yesterday to Levoxyl ( the brand name). It's made my King Pharmaceuticals.     I haven't noticed a reaction either, but I was only eating the frozen mac & cheese. I really liked it! Now I'm afraid to eat it. I definitely won't try the others now.
