Yes, the Ensure is gluten free, but I know when I was first diagnosed & healing it always made me feel bloated, so I switched to Boost. The Boost didn't seem to bother me at all so I started drinking two a day. It Really helped me -I was so skinny. I really needed the weight. Now I just drink the high protein Boost every other day since I don't need anymore... -

Hi Bre, I use the Pyrex 9x13 Glass baking dish on foil with a tsp. olive oil on it just like Patti. Also, there's an awesome lasagna recipe on the forums posted by Bellyfat. I don't know about Zyrtec, but I do know Clariton is gluten free. I called them last month to confirm it. I hope that helps! -

That's great Patti! Let me know how you like it! I made some the other day. I was sooo craving it! It turned out really good! I also rub a little olive oil to the bottom of the pan before I put the chicken in it. It's just so the breading doesn't stick to the baking dish. Happy Eating! -

Thanks Kathy! I wish I could say she was mine, but because of my allergies I really can't have dogs. I do have two cats though & they don't bother me too much. I would pick a dachshund if I could! I just love them! I photographed her during a photography session. I mostly photograph animals. She was so sweet! Anyway, not to change the subject.... -

I eat Breyers Ice Cream all the time! Choc/Van/Straw ... And Edy's! Yummmm! Just no cookie dough, cookies & cream, oreo cookie, etc...that kind of thing. Just read the labels or call the company to be safe. -

HI everyone, I was just wondering if anyone uses Sorrento Whole Milk Ricotta Cheese? I just called the company to see if it was gluten free & they really didn't give me a yes or no answer. I Love hot brown rice with milk, a tsp of sugar & fruit (blackberries, blueberries or strawberries). Yummmm! I ate a lot of this in the being of healing. I'm now able to eat Erewhon Rice with Berries, Arrowmills Maple Buckwheat & Glutino Honey Nut Cereal. I add fruit to them all! Very good! -

I wouldn't eat it. It's just too risky. I know Ancient Harvest makes a white quinoa & it's made in a gluten free facility & they make the pasta too. I just tried some the other day. They were very good & they're good for you! I didn't have a reaction at all. That's so important to me these days! You could buy it at any Wholefoods or another... -

Thanks everyone for all your great recommendations! I was taking Finest Natural vitamins by Walgreen's & a Sam's Club - Member's Mark multi vitamin. I just stopped them two weeks ago & started the Megafood vitamins. I have to say my stomach feels better, but I wonder if I'm still getting gluten somewhere. I just got my IgA Ab blood work done... -

I can't eat Tyson frozen chicken breasts either. I thought it was just me. I got this pain on my left side when I ate it three months ago. I did call the company about the chicken broth & they told me there is no gluten in their chicken breasts. There has to be something in their chicken that I'm reacting to. I never thought of this... I do use Bounce -fragrance free. I can't tolerate anything with fragrance & it seems not to bother me. Does anyone know if the Bounce -fragrance free is gluten free? -

Very Funny Aura! You almost had me! I have to say I had a reaction to the Strawberry & Cinnamon Rice Chex, but I'm not sure it was gluten either.
