    Chicken is gluten-free. It is possible that it has something added. In the States it it is required by law to list if they add anything, so you can find chicken with nothing added.

    It is the medical one in the US. It is only deductible if your medical expenses exceed a percentage of income. Might check the IRS website to see the specifics.

    I got some foil pans at one of those dollar stores. 2 or 3 foil loaf pans with plastic lids for a $1. Small flat ones kind of like cookie sheets with sides, too. These would be good to cook in & you could take to school & not worry about returning them. (Unless your my Depression Era dad, he washes disposable stuff to re-use until it falls apart...

    Tell her you need the Celiac Dx reflected in your chart so the insurance will pay for the dietitcian and any follow-ups. While your at it, ask for an official note saying you have Celiac and must be careful with food. Mine says should bring her own food and was written on a perscription pad.     I'll pass the Kleenex! Not sure what to tell you. The doc actually seems OK so far. He/She is working with you on a Celiac DX.

    You could see if your insurance company has anyway to file a complaint. They paid most of the bill. Find out what specifically they were billed for and see if you can dispute it.
