  1. Hmmm, I don't know. I haven't added anything new to my diet and I have been gluten free for 2 years. Am def. not new to this Something in those made me very sick. Not sure how they can be positive that artificial flavors that are listed in the ingredient label are gluten free. The so called gluten free pebbles have only been gluten free since Jan of 201...
  2. Has anyone else tried and got glutened from the new "gluten free" Post Fruity Pebbles? I ate them 2 days in a row and last night, BAM! Glutened. I looked 6 mo. pg. I've been so careful too. Makes me so mad that we can't trust some of these companies with their gluten free labeling. Back to Rice Chex for me!
  3. Unless they kissed his mouth, I doubt that he was CC'ed from the dogs. It is possible though. I think as long as he washes his hands before he eats, he should be okay. You might try to get some gluten free dog treats for the dogs. Science Diet treats are made with corn gluten and should be okay. Carrots and other veggies make good dog treats as well. I hope...
  4. Hello, Has anyone else been diagnosed with arthritis or RA due to years of having undiagnosed celiac disease? I have been told that I have RA due to 20 years of undiagnosed celiac that caused chronic wide spread inflammation. I have been gluten free for a while now and my gastro symptoms are gone but the joint pain has not resolved. I was told that the...
  5. I just had the cheese puffs! Great taste. Anyone else try these yet? I love them. Real ingredients. HANOVER, Pa.
  6. Has anyone had continued joint pain after going gluten free? (I was off of dairy for about a year. It made no difference So it's not casein..I know some people have reactions to casein like this) Does anyone have celiac induced arthritis? My doc office said that joint pain is def. a symptom but I have been gluten free for 18 months. Any thoughts? Thanks...
  7. Anyone here not buy any gluten free specific foods like cookies and Udi's ,pastas etc. and just eat regular mainstream gluten free things like meat, veg, fruit, chips etc.? Although I appreciate that some companies like Udi's, Pamelas, Enjoy Life, etc. produce these things, I almost feel like I am being taken advantage of when I shell out 7 bucks for a tiny...
  8. Hormel Naturals line has a roast beef. I eat it all the time. It is labeled gluten free on the back. It is with the other packaged lunch meats at the store and it comes in a zip lock type bag in a brown box. It's easy to find
  9. So Delicious brand coconut milk yogurt is really good. They have ice cream too. No soy or dairy or gluten!
  10. I have been gluten free for 18 months. My stomach/intestinal pain is sooo much better. I occasionally get glutened by CC but other than that am pretty much okay digestive wise. I am however struggling with depression. I have fibromyalgia in addition to celiac and most days I am in a lot of pain and am tired. In the summer months, I would get out and garden...
  11. You could buy a box of the King Arthur gluten free flour and use that. Betty Crocker has a gluten free chocolate chip cookie mix that is really good as well.
  12. I have celiac, fibro and CFS. What I have been told is that since Celiac is an autoimmune disease and our bodies are fighting this off constantly, it can lead to CFS and or fibro. I have been gluten free for almost 2 years and have not noticed and difference in my fibro or CFS. I have however noticed a HUGE difference in my bowel and stomach issues and dh...
  13. I did a search on this topic as I always do before posting and found conflicting information. Is 100% ground DECAF coffee gluten free? I have recently started drinking coffee again. I have been drinking regular coffee but I am finding that it is causing me stomach pain, intense bladder pain and gas cramps. I am thinking decaf may be better but I need to...
  14. Kansas City here too! Way out in the boonies in Platte County. (By Snow Creek)
  15. Anyone out there get bladder issues like spasms or pain after being glutened? I was glutened last week. Had my typical gas, huge bloating, big D, DH rash on knee. The last few times that I was glutened through CC, I get bladder issues after the intestinal ones. Anyone else?

  17. I am a gas machine. I think it's part of the healing process. I have also been glutened 4 times in the last 2 months and that sure didn't help matters.
  18. We moved to Missouri from Colorado last year. Colorado was SUPER gluten free friendly. So many restaurants and places to shop. The Vitamin Cottage was the best. I find Missouri very ungluten friendly. With the exception of the Hyvee Grocery store chain, and one or 2 restaurants far from me, there is not much in my area. We have whole foods here but it...
  19. MASECA is made from 100% selected corn. Foods rich in corn provide various health and nutritional benefits. I found that on their website. I would call the company tomorrow and ask if they use any flours other than corn flour in the factory and see if CC is a problem. If you do, would you post what you find out? I have been looking for something similar...
  20. I did not say that I drink soft drinks every day GlutenGlaidi8or, I said that I have them a couple of times a week if I have popcorn in the evenings. I appreciate your thoughts on HFCS. I personally don't see anything wrong with it. As a celiac, we give up so much that I feel there is no reason not to enjoy a soda with friends on occasion.
  21. I know that they are bad for me but a few times a week with a big bowl of salty popcorn, I like to have a soda. I have been sticking with Dr. Pepper b/c their website says that it is gluten free. I don't care for Pepsi but was wondering if Coke is gluten free as well. I did do a search on here and found mixed reviews. Can we safey drink regular Coke Classic...
  22. I found the new Udi's Cinnamon raisin bread! It's delish toasted with butter or cream cheese and even more delish used to make french toast! Love this company!
  23. Thanks for the list. That is the reason that I only eat Kraft cheeses.
  24. This followed the upper list. I personally would never eat anything off of this list but to each his own! U.S. Products Not Containing Gluten Ingredients Wheat, rye, barley nor oat ingredients are found in the Frito-Lay Products listed below (we include oats in this list as a precaution as oats are often commingled with gluten-containing grains...
