I'm at the point in my life when I should be off carving my way through life, figuring our what I will do with myself, what my talents are, ect ect, but I'm to ..paranoid, I just can't think of anything that would be easy to manage with so many things I have to avoid, the best part of all this is I actually wanted to give being a cook a try at some point...

  7. Yeah the fructose seems to punish me too, I thought potato's were ok =/ but there is just NOTHING to eat if I cut that out I'm left with...chicken/beef and.. some veggie mix of green/yellow beans and baby carrots -.-

  12. well I know I was lactose intolerant, was cool if I took lactose pills, if those don't work for you then, you may have developed Casein intolerance, which means the protein get's you, not the sugar, so lactose pills won't help that =/ I learned that the hard way

    Well, When I first went gluten-free, I was feeling somewhat better but not quite. So reading on here that you can have other intolerences I started an elimination diet.   25. ok I found out the stool sample was being tested for fat content to see if I was digesting everything, you think they will look for bacteria/infections as well? or do they need to check for that to find it?
