  3. This is a chiropractor's blog. He is basing this theory on nothing scientific. No published data to support this theory We have discussed this topic ad nauseum on here and unfortunately, there's nothing published and peer-reviewed that proves that the protein in coffee and the protein in gluten "cross-react".
