    I want to you all to know, I did my PT exercises ...ouch and whine...and then, mowed the lawn for 30 minutes (it's ride-on) so now, I feel totally justified to fluff off a bit more.....

    That WOULD be a neat trick!!...our beloved girl has passed to greener pastures.... but her antics still gives us the giggles...what a ditzy dork she was! OOH...I did have some photos of the destruction she caused and the "dispenser effect" somewhere---how gross and silly are we for having photographed THAT??!!---I wonder where they went to.........

    In addition to these good thoughts here, I would add: 1)Avoid too many gluten-free packaged foods at first. Eat whole foods, ones that are easy for you to digest---your gut is healing. 2)No dairy the first few months.Lactase, which is the enzyme that breaks down the sugar lactose, is produced in the tip of the villi.     Good idea! Bring him an article that says how neurological symptoms are related to celiac. Kim, I do not think most people's pain from celiac disease is "psychosomatic". It's real. Vitamin deficiencies from prolonged undiagnosed celiac cause major havoc in neurotransmitters. I know, believe me. Don't let any doctor tell you "it's all in your head"...
