  1. 22 for me
  2. Caught a bug that was going around. I've still sort of got it. I wouldn't wish it on anyone. It'll be a week tommorow that i've had it. Though, i have been feeling better, my stomach is taking its sweet time.
  3. Soup for me: beef, cabbage, carrots, and maybe some pasta added in. Wishing my stomach would go back to normal.
  4. Drop the wheat. None should be in your diet if you are gluten free.
  5. It depends on what your sensitivity level is. It could be that they had a dedicated line for the product, but they also produced gluten containing stuff in another area. I've got no idea with the backing. I'm no baker lol.
  6. Yeah, i'm pretty sure now that its the flu bug thing. :/ I don't have any yogert at the moment, but i'll probably pick some up at the store when i go. I had some plain jane stuff for dinner. So far its kept down.
  7. Depends on how i'm feeling if i make dinner at all
  8. You necro'd a dead thread The issue with GERD is that it has this lovely habit of damaging your throat. It took mine about a year before i could get it to heal. As for the medication, i had to cold turkey it because i became intolerent to it. No vitamins with GERD? I don't think so, never heard that one. If pill taking is an issue, i'd focus...
  9. As you guys know, i've been sick with a virus/flu whatever you wanna call it. Well today, i decided to eat an apple (bought at the food place on campus, i then washed it like mad) with peanutbutter and honey. I'm all good and fine with that. Then i decided to drink one of the little milk cartons i picked up with it. yeah... not such a good idea. I should...
  10. Depends on the brand. Some may, others may not.
  11. Have you thought about genetic testing? It might not get a dx, but it can give a clue, as it were. Its also possible that NCGI (non-celiac gluten intolerence) can be causing this too.
  12. I'd do the same if i didn't limit myself... As for the pb, i only eat skippy natural.
  13. If its itchier than normal in your scalp and you have those spots, to me that screams that its healing. I have a very bad habit of digging my scalp raw when i'm stressed (i don't realize i'm doing it until i have a patch already done ) and when its in its healing stage, oh does it ever itch! The rest of the body, however, sounds like DH to me.
  14. I'm the opposite, i can't handle low fat stuff. Peanut butter maybe? Nuts?
  15. You guys are probably reacting to something within the chex (see BHT). Its not really all that uncommon. Some can handle it, while others can't. Also, if you have a soy issue it should be avoided as well.
  16. I'm still feeling off today, but better than i was on friday. Hopefully, this "bug" is on its way out.
  17. I have both genes. Others probably know more than i do, but you aren't alone
  18. ground beef stirfry maybe? Something lite? some veggies, ground beef, olive oil and a little salt and pepper should work on a, somewhat, agreeable stomach today.
  19. ^I believe they use a type of iodine product to clean the cow's utters with before attaching them to the milk pump
  20. I'm sick of being sick My stomach has decided to rebel and give me "D" for the second day in a row. My head feels like its in a fog. My indigestion seems to think that its a wonderful time to act up. I keep going from hot to cold and back again. My throats sorta sore and red. yet.... above all.... I have no fever.... I had to avoid going to...
  21. I jinxed it. My stomach is out for me now. I've gotten hit bad by the "D".
  22. There's a reason to love the wood stoves I kinda/maybe overcooked the pasta in my soup. Hard to tell really. It says not to, but i didn't see any difference. Maybe i hit it right on the mark? They were the ancient harvest quinoa shells by the way. I think it might be because they supposably desolve? Meh, no matter, still was good.
  23. Kinda hard to know without knowing the ranges for those tests (ie: 0-19 being normal, 20-29 weak positive, 30+ positive is what mine was). She could very well be NCGI (non-celiac gluten intolerence). It mimics many of the same issues as celiac, but without the antibodies and the damage.
  24. Remember can't never could do anything Can you satisfy your need for sugar by eating naturally sugery things? Like an apple with a little honey drizzled on it? Carbs and sugar end up being the same thing in the long run (if i remembered my Bio lectures correctly). What are you currently eating? Are you getting enough nutrients in your diet...
