    There is a brand of frozen potato products that I love called Alexia. They make garlic fries, oven fries, mashed potato and more. And they are marked gluten free on the label. I have gotten them at Whole Foods and at Save Mart. Also a lot of the Ore Ida products are gluten free as well.

    I wouldn't assume that any of the tortilla chips are safe at a restaurant. A lot of them are fried in a common fryer and will get contaminated from the gluten foods that they fry in there with them.     It won't necessarily make him sick just from touching it, but it almost invariably gets under the nails and microscopic bits get in the groves of the skin. Unless you immediately scrub his hands and under his nails, then he would most likely get glutened when he picks up his food to eat or puts his fingers in his mouth...     Ursula, yes, I am aware of the link between nasal polyps and aspirin/salicylates. We have a wonderful ENT that the whole family sees and he was the one who told us about the link.
