    Corn starch is fine unless you have a corn allergy. Maltodextrin is safe if it is in the U.S. At least that is what I live by and have had no reactions.

    I had both of my kids tested. My daughter was 3 at the time and my son 7. It is a quick blood draw. She may cry a bit but it will be quick.     I think it is more of a personal choice for you to use the eye cream. Gluten cannot enter your body through your skin.
