    I like Van's too! I've had the flax and the blueberry varieties and I like them both, as do my kids who are picky and not gluten-free.

    No caffeinated beverages at lunch. I have 1/2 c of coffee at breakfast and don't get the sensation then. Had my thyroid tested 2x's (full panel including antibodies) and all was normal.     Thanks Sylvia! I was able to find 3 or 4 different gluten-free labeled Progressos at Walmart. I was surprised not to find them at my Wegmans which is known for having a great variety of products. I happily enjoyed a gluten-free Progresso creamy potato and broccoli soup for lunch.

    Bought some Rembrandt canker sore variety. Wanted the sls free toms but only could find the other toms varieties. My dh bought a different Colgate last week and that stuff burns my mouth. I also have geographic tongue and what ever is in that gel kind has really bothered my tongue.

I do take vitamins and the magnesium is white but I don't notice the white flakes all the time.
