  1. For your information, I would like to share with you the following: You had a bowel barium CT scan. On this scan you can see the pancreas, but those aren't the best pictures because of the barium (high density). Depending on the slices of each image (1 cm for a bowelscan?) a ct cannot go into much detail. Colonscopy and endoscopy: pancreas cannot...
  2. My cats get Acana.
  3. Are you diabetic? When I read your story about pancreas issues I can't help to wonder what these issues are besides the one you already mentioned related to celiac 4 yrs ago. I am not a dokter but I do know that the main purpose of the pancreas is to produce insuline. Already did a MRI of CT scan?
  4. still no tweets
  5. Hello, I am back . The twitter feed stopped again. No tweets for two days. Can someone take a look? Thank you, and have a nice week-end!
  6. If you are that tight on money, I do agree with the doctors. The bloodtest is not 100% accurate and you'll probably go gluten free anyway if the test came back negative, as you could also be non-celiac-gluten-intolerant. My test was negative but also far from complete (which I found out much later), but I started gluten free anyway. Now 5-6 months later I...
  7. That's funny, I am living in Curacao for quite some time, I thought the only liquor they made was blue Curacao. Maybe I have to join those tourists after all... ;-)
  8. One hour ago 5 feeds came in again. Will keep you updated if it stops again. Thank you for taking a look at it. Much appreciated.
  9. Hi there, did the twitter feed stopped again? Can someone check? It was off line for a while, and recently online again. But today I've got no new tweets while there are new posts, so I'm wondering if it stopped again. Thank you.
  10. Thank you. Never heard of it...
  11. Hmm, maybe a stupid question, but what do you mean by digestive enzymes? Is that a pill or something?
  12. On a site note, you don't have sleep apnea? Night sweats, mood problems, always hungry, weight gain are typical sleep apnea related. Just a thought...
  13. No improvements in my case. I got improvements from the moment I kicked the cats out of the bedroom. My doc told me to get rid rid of them, something that's is out of the question. Will take meds when neccesairy.
  14. The pressures are HUGE! Bloodgasses are needed before therapy, and yes, also after a night's sleep. I only have a few clients with pressures like these. Its tough for them to be compliant. Again, I am happy for you the oxygen-solution will do.
  15. I'm very sorry to hear this. You didn't mentioned pets. Do you have pets? If so, are they eating gluten free? Just a thought...
  16. Thank you for sharing!
  17. @mushroom. Have your bpap settings been correct? Depending which brand the flowgenerator is, the service provider can adjust the settings to a longer exhalation time, and of course, a lower pressure. As you'll probably know copd-ers need more time to exhalate. The Resmed units allow a pretty long exhalation time. Good thing though the O2 works for you.
  18. I would suggest to try to sleep with a cpap machine after all. Your AHI might be low, but with these complains, if you were my patient, I'd sure give it a try with a cpap device. Maybe you can rent a machine instead of buying? Sleep apnea = sleep apnea. Mild or severe, sleep is disturbed too much times than is good for you.
  19. Are you sure you're having an intolerance for fructose? If I am correct fructose is one of the products the body produces when digesting food.
  20. Same story overhere! I've been 2 months gluten free, and more tired than ever. GP thinks I have 'chronic tired disease' afteral as there has been no progress on me. I feel he cave up on me. . My B12 levels are okay now. In the meantime I am stuck behind my computer watching movies and doing volunteer work, because that costs me the less energy.
  21. This is an interesting question, because I am in the exact same situation. I am also 2 months gluten free, and went to my gp two days ago and requested bloodwork. Only thing he wrote down was bloodwork on b12 levels. He thought that the vitamins and minerals was not much of usage. He still thinks I am having a chronics disease that make me tired, so his arrows...
  22. Thank you. And gluten intolerance? Is that also from birth?
  23. As my IgA and B12 were very low, being extremely tired, and despite having a negative celiac blood results, I started a gluten free diet two months ago. My patience is being challenged as I haven't seen any improvements, in fact, I am more tired than ever. But that's not why I starting a new topic. Let say I have celiac disease or a gluten intolerance...
  24. Let me know if you happen to live in Curacao. I can help you where to buy your food. It's quite a challenge here.
