    I never thought about that but it kinda makes sense if we wash our pans to protect from cross contamination why not an egg shell that may have been sitting on hay or something idk. I guess it shows I don't have a basic knowledge in farming even though I live in the country. tee hee

    They essentially just block the subjects immune system. Care has to be given because it also means it can lower your ability to fight common colds and germs and whatever else.     I walked past the flour aisle at the store the other day and started choking and dry coughing uncontrolleably in the middle of the store. I could hardly breathe and took off running (okay maybe just fast walking) away from that area. It happens! Certainly believable.

    Yes I have improved a lot but I still have unexplained allergy symptoms like burning lips and tongue that are also inflamed. I bloat up sometimes it seems from nothing but it is no where near as bad as gluten. Just a little and mostly lower gut.     I guess my biggest thing is that it may be helpful to get a diagnosis as it may help me pay for these things the rest of my life and potentially qualify for tax breaks on my food and things.     So my doctor is pushing me to get all these tests done. He is allowing me to start with the simple blood work for obvious allergens (wheat, corn...) and screening me for candida. Fun fun. If these don't show anything he wants me to go ahead and get the test done for celiac panel when i can afford it. Never maxed my cards before but this just might do it.

    Lol thanks Roda! I will try that. I am going to the doctor today so we will see if we can find out definitively what it is. Afterwards I will give my head a good rub with baking soda then apple cider vinegar. My hair is short and tightly curly so but I know baking soda will frizz up and come out probably pretty easily.     I haven't. I am kind of scared to use anything unless I know it will be soothing. I can't imagine it burning worse. I seriously would shave my head then!

    I will keep sals in mind. I also had a rash on my face break out across my jaw. I think it is because I forgot and drank a ginger ale. It had erythritol in it as well as citric acid.     My head is itching and burning like I have a relaxer on it. It has become very sensitive and I have some sores. What is a good safe shampoo to use for this because I am about to go crazy as it has gotten worse everyday?
