  1. Thanks. Btw that topic posted twice. That happened before when i got that notice that there is a limited amoint of posts someone can do in a time frame. I thought it said to try again in 20 seconds but i see that it posted twice. maybe i did something wrong?
  2. Can anyone help me find a gluten, dairy, and corn free multivitamin? I need to make sure it is completely free of corn and not just corn protein just to be safe. I appreciate ur help guys. It is starting to scare me a bit losing a pound everday just seems too fast even though i have been overweight. I want to make sure i have safe supplements to take....

  4. I like to watch swimming and gymnastics too. I love the water anyway but i also like to watch gymnasts because it just amazes me all the flips and tricks they can do.
  5. This is a late response but in answer to your question, when you are exposed to something so long it can actually weaken your immune system by exhausting it essentially. Once the immune system has a chance to "relax" and build itself up again, it can attack with more force. This is why it may seem as though it is worse than it once was.

  7. Just did research and discovered that Dasani plant bottles are made of sugar cane plant and "molasses" what all the ingredients are in the molasses idk. I do know that I am just gonna stay away from it because I do not trust it given the reaction I always have to it.
  8. For me, nausea is expected directly the morning after. I call it my glutening hangover lol. Like the others said. You will feel overwhelmed at times and you have to get around the learning curve but you will get there. Just do as much research as you can and do not eat anything, drink anything unless you know it is gluten free and contamination free.

  10. Wow that really makes me sick! Yuck! And these scientists are proud of using viruses and chemicals and what ever else to mutate our food? They say modified to make it around better. That's sick! America is so messed up in so many ways. I do not trust the FDA to protect me. I think everything is far to skewered by an exaggerated value on convenience instead...

  14. Oh leaky gut in a quick sense is when your damaged gut allows things to enter the bloodstream from our intestines and our body respond to it much in the same way as gluten. I think this is common with corn proteins and milk proteins. I hope I explained it right. I thought I was lactose on tolerant too but learned that lactose free milk that has milk sugar...

  18. Lol I have a lot more new products and things to add to my cooking vocabulary, like mirin. I have no idea what that is. I so wish I didn't grow up eating canned stuff all my life. Why?! My poor stomach got the scraps of American living and has retaliated.
