  7. Yeah with symptoms that bad i would eliminate all dairy. Usually we would say reintroduce lactaid milk to determine whether it is the sugar or the protein in milk but with your reaction being so negative and you being so ill i would just say go ahead and lay off dairy. I still dont understand the risk because i know celiacs often develop sensitivities or intolerances for proteins that are not even gluten just b/c the body confuses it (own words) and reacts to it similarly. Cant we be at risk of having bad reactions because it is the same type of protein? I actually hope not because I love using corn and corn starch when...
  13. How on earth can any gluten be safe for us? I dont understand why corn is called gluten free even though it has gluten. I am concerned it could be damaging to my health. I know some of you have cut it out. Could you share your knowledge and experience with and without corn in your diet?

  16. Yeah im greedy when it comes to my condiments i guess because i bought my own. I think I may find it challenging to cut out all condiments. Can i make my own?   17. I take B-12 sublingually every morning and some take it again early afternoon. It works best with b6 for me so i dont stay awake at night. What kind of b-12 have you been taking?
  18. Mmm that sounds delish! I dont like mint except with dairy because it burns my mouth and has for years. I guess you would beat up the sour cream topping then add melted chocolate and mint chips lightly mix and spread on top then you can put whole ones on after it cools in the fridge. I guess it stems from the idea that the unnaturally genetically engineered gluten of todays wheat is far from what it used to be and the apparent correlation in the increase in sensitivities.   22. I am having my own kitchen supplies myself to prevent cross contamination. Much of our pans have scratched nonstick coatings so I cant use them.
