  13. It's often recommended that you eliminate dairy from your diet until you can heal. Dairy can give you some of the same symptoms as gluten if you have a compromised digestive system. Most often, dairy can be reintroduced down the road successfully.

If so, could you post that information here. I would think you would want to know what is causing you your discomfort, not cover it up with a med, a your doctor prescribed...
